The Challenge:

To replace the old defective fluorescent luminaire’s within the Car Park at Stamford Grange.

The Solution:

To provide Anchor Hanover with an energy saving lighting upgrade. For this proposal we specified a dimmable LED system that through integral occupancy control each luminaire could dim down to 10% brightness when there is no occupancy for a set period of time and then in some areas switch off completely giving great energy savings.

The system we specified produced a combined Payback (Labour and materials) of only 1.68 YEARS. This means that with the client investing in the upgrade of a fairly small car park, in just under 2 years they are making an ANNUAL saving of approximately £2000.00.
