DT Electrical is conscious that every pound spent in the local economy can equate to £3 in value (New Economics Foundation), as the pound is recycled.  

• We have a policy of ‘buy local’ supporting local independent traders and buying from local outlets for larger concerns. 

• Our workforce also spend a large part of their wages in the local economy buying food, petrol, services etc, creating a ‘virtuous circle’ of added benefit which helps to support jobs, and economic prosperity in the community we reside in.  

• We support local sub-contractors with contract opportunities, and part of our pre-qualification process in relation to supplier adoption includes local economic benefit.
